Terms of use

These terms cover the Kadrr app for Windows and the upload service behind kadrr.cc. By installing the app or creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us.
The app
You may install and use Kadrr on your own computers, for personal or work use, free of charge. You may not resell it, repackage it, or pass it off as your own. The app updates itself from kadrr.cc; you can turn that off by not installing updates, but older versions are not supported.
Your account
You need an account only to upload. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so keep that mailbox secure: whoever can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what is uploaded from your account, and you can sign out any device from your account page.
What you upload
What you upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, and to serve it to anyone who opens its link, for as long as your plan keeps it.
Uploaded files are public to anyone with the link. See the privacy policy for what that means.
Do not upload anything that:
- is illegal where you are, or in the European Union;
- sexually exploits or endangers children: we report it to the authorities;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, including other people's personal data you have no right to share;
- is malware, a phishing page, or is meant to deceive or harass;
- uses the service as general file hosting or a content delivery network for another site.
We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or delete accounts that break them, without notice when the case is clear. To report content, write to hello@itahir.com with its link.
Plans and limits
The Free plan includes a monthly number of uploads, a maximum file size, a maximum video length, and deletes uploads after 30 days. The current numbers are on the pricing section. Pro is not on sale yet; when it is, its price and billing terms will be shown before you pay. We may change the Free plan's limits; if a change reduces them, we will say so here first, and it will not shorten the life of files already uploaded.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop parts of it. Keep your own copy of anything that matters: Kadrr keeps the original on your computer, and a link is a way to share it, not a backup.
No warranty
Kadrr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from using or being unable to use the app or the service. Where the law does not allow these limits, our liability is limited to the smallest amount it permits.
Ending
You can stop using Kadrr at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is deleted, its uploads are deleted and their links stop working.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change matters and you have an account, we will email you before it takes effect; using Kadrr after that means you accept the new terms.
